STUDIO RULES:
CANCELLATION BY CLIENT:1. I confirm that I have familiarised myself with the Studio Rules from time to time. The Studio Rules are displayed on our website. In the event of one of more of these terms and conditions being unenforceable, same will be deemed to be severable from the remainder of the agreement.
2. I reserve the right to cancel this agreement with one clear calendar month's written notice to The Pilates Agency. It is the payer's responsibility to ensure that The Pilates Agency receives this Termination Notice. In the event that I cancel the agreement within the Initial Period, a cancellation fee of 50% of the balance of the amount outstanding under this agreement will be charged.
3. If The Pilates Agency facility ceases to operate, then The Pilates Agency may terminate this agreement and I shall have no claim for damages against Bernadette Campbell T/A The Pilates Agency and any of it's instructors save for a refund of a pro rata amount of the prepaid membership fees, if any.
4. The Pilates Agency shall be entitled in its sole discretion and without notice to me to cede and transfer and / or delegate to any third party all or any of its rights and / or obligations under this agreement.
5. The Pilates Agency may need to change these conditions from time to time. Each member will be notified of any changes in our terms and conditions by way of email correspondence.
6. This agreement, together with the Studio Policy contain all the terms and condition of the agreement. Other than stipulated in the paragraphs above, The Pilates Agency makes no representations. Any addition, variation or cancellation of this agreement shall not be of any force and effect unless reduced to writing and signed by all parties to this agreement.
7. I confirm that the agreement was duly and fully completed prior to my signature and that the information appearing on the first page of this agreement is true and correct. The Pilates Agency may cancel this agreement in its absolute discretion if the information given is found to be incorrect and/or incomplete. STUDIO POLICY:• We have a strict 12-hour cancellation policy for group classes and 24-hour cancellation policy for appointments (privates/ semi-privates). If you cancel less than the specified number of hours before your session commences, you will be charged.
• If you add your name to the waitlist, you will be notified via email and push notification (if you have opted in) once you get added to the class. Clients can be added from the waitlist into the class up until 30 minutes prior to the class start time. If you can no longer make the class that you’re waitlisted for, or if you book another class at the same time, please remove yourself from the waitlist to avoid being charged.
• Please arrive 5 minutes prior to the class start time, otherwise your slot may be given to a standby client from the waitlist. All classes start punctually and late-comers will not be allowed into the class.
• Please wear socks to all equipment based classes for hygiene purposes.
• Packages are non-refundable and non-transferrable (between clients/ package variations). All packages are active for their specified validity and cannot be extended. • The client package runs for one month starting from the date of your first class on the package. It cannot be paused, but can be converted to unlimited online if you are travelling/ unable to come into the studio for a period during the month.
• Please notify your instructor of any medical considerations including past and present injuries, pregnancy or medication that might require exercise modifications before the start of class.
